Coins for Christmas

Coins for Christmas will start on December 5^th and continue through December 9^th. Classes will compete in a coin (spare change) drive for a prize! The money will provide winter necessities for Wilson students.

PTA President Message

Happy Holidays!

I hope everyone was able to “Gobble ‘til you Wobble” on Thanksgiving and find a few minutes to think about some things to be thankful for. We are blessed to live in America, lucky to have public education, and have the right to vote.

Just a reminder our PTA meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 4:10 in the teachers lounge at the school. Mark your calendars for our next meeting on December 7th.

Now that the Holiday Season is upon us, it is a great time to learn how other parts of the world and other religions celebrate what most of us call Christmas. It is called different names and is celebrated at various times of the year throughout the world. Check it out!

Thanks to all of you who give of your time and talents to make Wilson Elementary as wonderful as it is! You are truly appreciated.

Clothing Drive

Carrolyn’s 3^rd Annual Clothing Drive for Wilson was held on Monday, November 22^nd. It was a huge success. The remaining articles of clothing will now make its way to Ellis School and benefit even more families in our community. Thank you Wilson Families for all your support and generosity.
